We are based in South Wales with fantastic natural surroundings, where we offer a wide range of activities.

We have been working with groups and individuals for many years and have highly qualified staff with great local knowledge.

We specialise in working with people who have particular needs or face specific challenges in their lives .

We offer canoeing, sea kayaking, kayaking, surfing, sailing, coasteering, climbing, caving, gorge walking, hill walking, sea expeditions, rivers expeditions and lands expeditions and other outdoor pursuits and outdoor adventurous activities on the Gower and across South Wales and as far afield as West Scotland. We also have our own ship, Svanskar.
